They should be arriving soon...

Post a comment to this article when you receive your Demigod preorder in the mail.  Those who preordered the game before the last beta closed on February 26th will get their copies first.  Any orders placed after that were just charged over the weekend and are still in the shipping process, so please hold tight for those.  You can download while you wait!

We use USPS Priority Mail for orders being shipped to a location in the US, which usually takes 3-5 business days.  For orders going outside of the US, we use International First Class mail, which takes 1-3 weeks.

If people in your area seem to be receiving their games but you aren't, you might want to check if your package is being held at your local post office.  We sometimes receive returned packages marked "unclaimed" by the postal service.

Happy downloading!

Germany here, got a notice today that it's being held at Customs. I'll go there tomorrow to pick it up and see what they didn't like about it.

Edit: seems like there was no invoice/reciept...whatever declaring the value of the package.

Got the game now

Got it the 21st (Waitakere, NZ).  Apparently couldn't be delivered for security reasons.  Gotta go to the post office to find out what they took a dislike to about it.

Just got it here in the Netherlands. I think it was the 2nd batch. All received in fine state.

My 6 year old sun almost jumped through the roof when he saw the poster and statue.

Mine was sent on the 14th of April and I received it today April 27th.

Wierd though - my address is correct except for "SLOVAKI" somewhere on the stickers/invoices... heh, no such component of my address! All else is well however.

My package was recieved today. I live in canada, and the delivery costed me about $6.85 canadian. Is it normal to get charged on delivery because I think I already paid for shipping and handling?

I have yet to look at the contents of my box yet. I was thinking about letting it collect dust like my Sins box has, but after reading about bent Rook figures, I'm going to take a look at the very least.

I'll be back after I look at the box, and review my e-mail reciept.

Got mine last night in Winnipeg, Canada.

got it yesterday - switzerland

didn't even remember I've ordered the boxed version *g* the mini-rook rocks

and I have to say, this box was wrapped perfectly, for a change - no damage whatsoever on the box itself (unlike lots of other stuff I import)

It arrived for my brother here in the UK today -> £10.99 customs duty! That's nearly 50% extra on top of the cost for a boxed. Horrendous. Returning to sender we think.

I'm sorry that this happened to your brother, but it is completely out of our control.

Mine arrived today, but the Rooks' hammer and little flag are bent.  Going to try and straighten them out very carefully.

Thanks for the game.  Quite a lot of fun.
