They should be arriving soon...

Post a comment to this article when you receive your Demigod preorder in the mail.  Those who preordered the game before the last beta closed on February 26th will get their copies first.  Any orders placed after that were just charged over the weekend and are still in the shipping process, so please hold tight for those.  You can download while you wait!

We use USPS Priority Mail for orders being shipped to a location in the US, which usually takes 3-5 business days.  For orders going outside of the US, we use International First Class mail, which takes 1-3 weeks.

If people in your area seem to be receiving their games but you aren't, you might want to check if your package is being held at your local post office.  We sometimes receive returned packages marked "unclaimed" by the postal service.

Happy downloading!

Still didn't get mine.  Melissa and Jenny, I'll contact you on Monday morning to see what the best course of action is.  This is odd, since I've never had problems receiving items from Stardock before.  Do you have any tracking information for the package?

Hollow Man, I'll be looking for your email.  Glad to hear that some boxes have begun arriving overseas, hopefully more will start arriving this week.

I sent an email to you this morning (sales1@stardock.com; it was the address on the last correspondence we had, way back when I ordered it). Let me know if you didn't get it.  Thanks!

I remember Frogboy mentioning doing something about those who pre-ordered the digital download (and were charged) before the price drop.  I thought it was resolved to shipping out box copies.  Whatever happened to that?  As I did pre-order before the price drop and haven't recieved anything.

The game showed up today.  I knew this would happen as soon as I emailed you that there was a problem!  The box's label says the "run date" was 04-10-2009, so I have no idea why it took so long to get here to CT (Hartford area). Especially considering another package I was expecting, sent all the way from CA on Friday, got here today...and that was sent regular mail. Weird.

Sorry for the mess,

Got the game delivered today in Australia this morning. Already had the game downloaded as soon as it was released on Impulse but I completely forgot that I ordered the box version as well so it was a nice surprise!

Fun fact, ordering the game directly from Stardock is cheaper (by almost 50%) and quicker than what it would've been to get it from a retailer here in Australia.

This morning in france. I'm listening the music

I just received mine. And I'm not happy, but really disappointed.
My Rook's hammer is totally twisted, inside the packaging.

And why it's twisted ? Because to make it cheaper, the covering is too small and the Rook can "move" inside its box.
Just to see how beautiful it is :

Sorry for being angry, but i can't play because of multiplayer's problem, and now i can't enjoy my goodies.

Oh, and i live in Eastern France.

The hammer in mine wa slightly bent but I was able to move it back into place.  Pewter is bendable, but you have to be very careful with it so it doesn't snap (since the handle is quite thin). I also had to straighten the flag on his left shoulder, which was nerve wracking.

THis also happened with the Pinky Demon I got as a bonus with Doom 3.  He was tilted over, but with some care, I was able to move him perpendicular to the base.

Hi I have received mine today. Singapore 22 April 2009.

Anyway, I noticed the CD key is different from the one in impulse. Is it a new cd key license for another copy of Demigod that I can give away?
