We're working as fast as we can, we promise!

Hey everyone out there!

Just wanted to pass on some info about our shipping process that may help.

We use a software packing company to ship our games for us. They are working as hard as they can to ship out quite a large number (thousands) of games. The packages are being shipped out of their warehouse near Cincinnati, Ohio. They use USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to most US locations. International packages are being sent via International First Class mail, which can take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

We are asking for your patience. We cannot pinpoint when packages are shipping for pending orders, but rest assured that we are sending your information to our partner on a daily basis as orders come in. The date your orders leave the warehouse becomes available to us after shipment is completed.

As you can imagine, we have been flooded with emails asking "where's my game". If you have sent an email to sales@stardock.com, we are working through them as fast as we can. Sometimes we have to give a generic response because our shipping company has your information and is processing the order, but cannot provide a specific date when your game will be shipped. We do know that games have begun to arrive on doorsteps on Friday and Monday.

I wish we had the manpower and resources to ship as quickly as larger entities like Amazon. Believe me, I love it when they ship out my stuff before it actually comes out so I get it on the release date! This is definitely a learning experience for us and we are watching how this pans out very carefully.

I hope most of you have downloaded the game and are already enjoying it. If you haven't received any registration information and believe this is in error, you can always pop your email address into the form at https://www.stardock.com/support/ to get it straightaway.

Again, please be patient with us, we are doing the best we can! Back to email I go...

Melissa and Kim

Here in Perth Australia, I received my collectors edition box 2 weeks after ordering. One happy camper!

To those waiting for the game to arrive... My copy arrived 4 and a half weeks after it was shipped, probably because it had to ship overseas (Europe here). Even though 1 - 2 weeks is the expected delivery time, overseas orders can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to arrive.

Just to share my experience...

You should have gotten an email immediately after you completed the order with the serial. If not, you can have it resent by entering your email address in the box at http://support.stardock.com.

Yay!! My Collector's Edition arrived today... Lots of very cool stuff inside too. Thanks a million!

(Although I see that you made $5.10(USD) on the shipping charges. Guess I can live with that, beings as Melissa and Kim probably deserve the tip)

6.5 days from online order and download to receipt of the actual little brown box here in southern Louisiana. Not bad.

Wonderful game, and well worth the time taken to get to (and figure out) the Noobie Levels.

I've not seen a peecee game like this in a long long time... and your customer support stuff is great!

Best Regards,

WC

I entered my email, but I never got a reply? Is this a serious issue, since I still have not recieved anything by email and I already paid for teh digital download?

If you're not getting anything even after using the serial recovery option on the support site, then you've probably got some spam blocker eating our mails to you. You may also try looking on the My Account->Registrations page on the forum and see if it's listed there.

I just checked myy junk email, and I am getting a reply from the support site, but it only shows a past download I had, the game does not appear. This is really odd, is there anything I can do about it? I mean I have the purchase number with me and I sent an email to teh store email, but nothing back yet.

P.s - the registartion page states that...

However, we have not detected a registration for the game under this account. If you have registered your copy of the game with a different account please logoff and re-logon using the account under which you have registered the game.

Even thopugh I have recieved a confirmation email from paypal at that address and am registered at the same address.
