We're working as fast as we can, we promise!

Hey everyone out there!

Just wanted to pass on some info about our shipping process that may help.

We use a software packing company to ship our games for us. They are working as hard as they can to ship out quite a large number (thousands) of games. The packages are being shipped out of their warehouse near Cincinnati, Ohio. They use USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to most US locations. International packages are being sent via International First Class mail, which can take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

We are asking for your patience. We cannot pinpoint when packages are shipping for pending orders, but rest assured that we are sending your information to our partner on a daily basis as orders come in. The date your orders leave the warehouse becomes available to us after shipment is completed.

As you can imagine, we have been flooded with emails asking "where's my game". If you have sent an email to sales@stardock.com, we are working through them as fast as we can. Sometimes we have to give a generic response because our shipping company has your information and is processing the order, but cannot provide a specific date when your game will be shipped. We do know that games have begun to arrive on doorsteps on Friday and Monday.

I wish we had the manpower and resources to ship as quickly as larger entities like Amazon. Believe me, I love it when they ship out my stuff before it actually comes out so I get it on the release date! This is definitely a learning experience for us and we are watching how this pans out very carefully.

I hope most of you have downloaded the game and are already enjoying it. If you haven't received any registration information and believe this is in error, you can always pop your email address into the form at https://www.stardock.com/support/ to get it straightaway.

Again, please be patient with us, we are doing the best we can! Back to email I go...

Bump because this post deserves one (Yes I know it's stickied, still doesn't show under recent without a bump )

Thank you for the info! I think a lot of people don't yet realize that Stardock is an indie company and doesn't have the resources of online shopping giants like Amazon. Hopefully this sheds the light on the issue a bit more

Again, thanks and we know you're working hard After all, it wouldn't be fair if Ironclad was the only company that couldn't sleep over this game, would it

After this game, it's not gonna e so indie anymore

here's hoping you guys keep putting this much effort into your games in the future man...I think that sheer effort both during and after production is what makes you great.

Oh, I'm patient. Heck, I thought I would have to wait for the boxed SINS to come when the Twilight of the Arnor shipped (since I bought them simultaneously). The fact that I will have the boxed SINS sooner is awesome.

I ordered a copy from Amazon. It shipped quickly, but DHL sent it to the wrong city. So I'm still waiting. I usually have better luck with Amazon.

Just some info to anyone trying to decide how to order.

All box orders will be CE until we announce that we've run out (we'll announce when we're low so people know in advance).

I live in Ohio and have yet to receive my boxed copy, and it's getting to be almost 2 weeks after release?? I paid for it 2 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped. I was ok with not receiving it the week of release but now it's getting a little rediculous and think I deserve a refund on shipping.

If I may ask, why weren't the pre-orders sent out first?

What was the purpose of pre-ordering the game if 11 days later I have not yet received it!!

Gospel:

A: To participate in the Beta

B: To be able to DL full game @ exact time of release

As far as having the box now...(and I love my boxes too!!) it is not really needed.....Unless you have dial - up I guess...

We all have gotten pretty spoiled with 2-3 day shipping from most Etailers. I know that while I am certainly not upset, I am disappointed at the length of time orders are taking. I didn't pre-order, I placed my order 10 days ago, Tues the 5th, and I can't remember the last time an 'in stock' online order took 2 weeks to arrive.

I bet Stardocks staff are pulling their hair out trying to get things moving faster. I've been with them for many many years, but for some, this will be their first impression of the company ...yea...pulling their hair out for sure.
